Pros

Basic pay higher than other retailers Bonus if you ever earn it.

Cons

Out of reach bonus that is being changed every few months now, poor training, new in store management have never sold a sofa but try to tell you your job. You have trust in your values but never earn it from your teams on the floor, the people who earn the profits. If your face doesn’t fit you will be out of the door sharp.

Great salary and bonus scheme

Cons

They are no different to all the other furniture retailers that they sound all that time and money trying to discredit. Poor after sales service and no back up at all if you want to actually help a customer because they don't want you to.

Poor leadership Try calling the aftercare service, you will never get through Constantly moving sales targets Hire and fire culture
