This company pays really low salaries and horrible benefits and treats employees like we owe them big time! Management is insufferable! Their toxic and controlling attitude is suffocating everyone an pushes people to quitting!

Unstable enviornment, poor transparancy from management

- The company constantly reinvents itself based on the latest status of the projects and sales, so you need to be able to adapt quickly. - As any startup, there is uncertainty on how the future will look like (>5 years), although there are good plans and opportunities in place - Not many internal promotions

Solugen demands your best. It’s not for everyone, but if you want to be pushed and grow fast this is this place to be. You feel empowered, and inspired to do you best.

- terrible executive leadership team, especially the CEO - scrapped stated values to make bombs for the government (but can't even make them, the science doesn't work) - work-life balance is nonexistent - if you're not working in the lab when someone randomly passes by you'll be laid off - CEO disregards any negative data or feedback from scientists, consultants, or other leadership figures and just does whatever he wants - frequent layoffs, no transparency

The responsibility can feel heavy on busy days.

This wasn't what I signed up for. The company completely pivoted to work on something I didn't want to be involved in.

We have a lot of ridiculous leaders here at Solugen, and these terrible leaders cause a lot of stress in the workplace. They also put a ton of pressure on the employees with their unreasonable demands and expectations. It’s no wonder why employees here always exhausted and have very low morale and motivation.

Uncertainty with political situation and fundraising
