Pros
Most of the people working here genuinely love Stackla. There is still a start up feel in that everyone pitches in to help others when needed and there's a very much team feeling across multiple departments which is great. But that's where the start up ends, as the product and clients we have are world class and compete (and win) with some other larger players in the industry. The product is something to be proud of, and the dev to do an amazing job at keeping it ahead of the pack. The Sales, Customer Success and Marketing teams work hard and celebrate our wins together. There is definitely a supportive and fun culture among the business, with everyone striving to be the best while having fun with colleagues along the way (a healthy fun level of competition but nothing off-putting). The management are pretty good in their approach to work/life balance and recognise when we put the extra work in. The office itself is a fun place to be with perks like food in the kitchen and exercise and foodie clubs. The salaries seem fair and the camaraderie make it a great fun place to work.
