Pros

Absolutely nothing at all to be honest

Cons

If you're considering working for Steven Eagell, think again. My experience with this company's management was nothing short of a nightmare. From day one, I was subjected to unreasonable demands, constant belittlement, and vindictive behavior. One glaring example of their unethical practices is their deceitful bonus structure. After diligently following their guidelines for over two months, and being promised a certain commission, I was blindsided on the 5th of October when I was informed of a significantly lower commission due to their oversight regarding annual leave and sick days. Essentially, they forced employees to choose between time with loved ones or fair compensation. When we demanded transparency by requesting our pay plan, senior management brushed off our concerns with absurd excuses such as “the office manager is setting up new starters so we can’t give you a copy of your pay plan”, leaving us feeling powerless and exploited. Another instance that epitomizes the toxic culture at Steven Eagell was the public humiliation of a colleague during a morning meeting. A senior director played a colleague's call, labeling it as "absolutely terrible" and "one of the worst calls," leading to the individual feeling insecure about their work. This blatant display of disrespect and lack of professionalism further solidified my decision to steer clear of this company.Furthermore, the turnover rate at Steven Eagell is alarmingly high. In just the first two months of 2024, five people, including myself, left the company. This exodus speaks volumes about the toxic work environment and management's inability to retain talented employees. It's clear that the company's culture of bullying and corruption is driving away dedicated professionals who seek a workplace that values their contributions and treats them with respect. In my brief time here, I witnessed firsthand the disregard for employees' well-being and the absence of any accountability mechanisms like an HR department. It's evident that management thrives on bullying and corruption, leaving employees feeling vulnerable and unsupported. Save yourself the trouble and avoid Steven Eagell at all costs. You deserve a workplace that respects and values its employees, not one that perpetuates a toxic environment where mistreatment is the norm.

Pros

If I had to find one then this would be it but it’s hard to find a pro if I’m honest - The money can be good if you want to work endless hours and not have a life.

Cons

The senior management want sales people to bully customers into buying cars. They do not seem to care about their customers or their staff, as long as they are selling cars. The hours are long and on sales event weeks they are even longer. If you have an average month of sales then the pay is rubbish, you need to be absolutely smashing all targets to bring home an average car sales salary.
