Pros

Not much because everything that would be considered a pro, are the same things that they are untruthful about and end up becoming a con.

Cons

Constant shift change when being told initially that the shifts are set, low pay (though it is now a bit higher), gimmicks and lies, no benefits while working full-time, but the most significant con is how degrading the company is when interacting with (very qualified, at that) employees. They do not even take note of feedback and then shift blame regarding things that they were/are dishonest about. I took a look at previous reviews just to see how others have felt about Sysnet Global Solutions of Atlanta and it's apparent that they are rude, inconsiderate, unprofessional even in their responses. I've since moved on to brighter opportunities and to a place of better employment but in all of my career, I have never seen a company engage so negatively and unwilling to take heed to or even consider the opinion/feedback of their many associates.

Pros

Internal promotions free parking discounted gym membership attempts to tackle existing problems

Cons

The company expects a great deal of flexibility, but is unwilling or unable to offer the same in return. As I expect this review to attract a comment refuting my points, I am simply going to list a few things that were introduced after I signed up, led to a sharp decrease in job satisfaction and ultimately my upcoming resignation: - It used to be that people had their own small desk. This is not that case any more and you are expected to move desks during shifts. - It used to be about one Saturday a month with Friday or Monday off. Now we are looking at multiple Saturdays (up to 3x per month) with Wednesday or Thursday off. - Shift swaps are frowned upon and are at the mercy of team managers and should be "an exception" only. - Work is required on bank holidays (extra leave for that), but leave allowances are very low so that agents end up with leave they can not take. - QA has turned from a tool to help agents to a diffuse method to punish people (loose points for taking too long on a call but also loose points for talking to fast/there is now "disciplinary action" for repeat "offenses" ) All in all, despite efforts by some to increase job satisfaction, had the job been what it is now, I would not have accepted the offer.

Pros

THERE HONESTLY IS NONE EXCEPT FOR GETTING TO GO HOME AT 5 OCLOCK

Cons

•management - senior managers don’t even give eye contact to you when they pass you by in the corridors, “team leaders” people who shouldn’t even be a manager(only wear a manager lanyard for there egos) talking down to you like a child ! Asking why you wore in the toilet for a certain amount of time (IMAGINE) •working environment - take over 200 calls a day ! You get treated like a slave worker for €10.50 an hour!! Not allowed to be on your phone WHATSOEVER ! and if there is a family emergency etc you get told to give you parents the number for reception (PRISON) •salary - you get told you can make up to an extra €500 a week in commission ( no such thing ) you get a call monitored every week and if you fail one in a month you get no commission at all, so your basically working your bum off to hit targets for ‘managers’ so they get paid and look good ( freaks ) •sugar coating - the company thinks it’s a great idea to feed you 24/7 with mid month meals and pizza once a month and the odd bag of jellies to share between of 8 (imagine) , but really all they are doing is hiding the fact that they are bullies and slave drivers.. try to keep you happy with food •mental health - they preach 24/7 about mental health but when it comes to it your asked ‘why are you depressed / sad) people have even been sacked for having mental health issues !!!! And also for been out sick for minding their sick child!!! They sack anybody and everybody for absolutely no reason whatsoever !!!! You could come in and say good morning and next of all you would be dragged up to a HR meeting room and handed your P45 ***I can’t express how unhealthy it is to work here and how it has affected my life. I will never EVER forget the days that I have worked here they have scarred me for life***
