Cons

T-Mobile was a great/fun place to work at before the merger with sprint. But since then with the bogus T-Life adoptions (which is T-Mobile’s way of reducing front line support), Visa KPI, I made less money and dealt with more stress. T-Mobile doesn’t care about its front line employees and it shows. Driving metrics isn’t fun when the company has turned so corporate that there’s no real incentive for working harder. Just a “you did a good job” (if you even get that) but no real appreciation and it’s just draining knowing that you’re just a cog. Just company expectations and no true feeling of company support.
