*Favoritism- you know who will get promotions and merit roles. *Raises in the merit roles are only once yearly and the bare minimum don't expect your self eval to mean anything. *Merit doesn't get cost of living raises /alignment raises or whatever they call them with the rest of the building.

Favoritism you really can't move up unless you are the favorite of one of the OM's. Lack of support. No back up for my partner and I's position. HR is lacking. Seems like they are perpetually new and they can never answer my questions and direct me somewhere else for answers.
