Cons

Biweekly pay - You only get paid every TWO WEEKS and even then, the pay is bad. $200 - $400 is all I got every TWO WEEKS! Hours - I was only allowed to work 2-4 days a week. Sometimes they needed me to stay past 9pm, which goes against my travel schedule. Distance. Since I live in Long Beach, that means it takes me 2 and half hours, if not 3 hours, to get to the job on time. I applied for the Long Beach, Lakewood, Cerritos and Signal Hill areas, but the only open position was at Seal Beach. For me, I had to take 2 Long Beach Transit busses and one Orange County bus. Orange County busses don't take TAP cards, so I had to pay $2 per ride just to get from where I live to work. Associates - They're terrible. They're no different than the higher-ups. They casually tell you what to do, they spread thin so they don't help you with assignments when you need it, they laugh and gossip when they should have been working and they're just annoying to be around with. Higher-ups - Just as annoying as the associates. They impede your progress with your task when they say "What are you working on?" or "What are you doing?" or they're not around when you need them. They hardly help any of the associates and just boss you around.
