      Great company to work for

      Pros

I thought the company looked after and supported its employees well during the COVID period and continues to do so.

      Cons

Can't complain really. Given all that's happening around us TechnologyOne has been very supportive.

      Another PM

      Pros

Not much - at least a methodology that has to be followed . . . not saying it was a good methodology. Good / Great company from the outside and also certain roles, if you based in Brisbane!

      Cons

The way T1 treat PM's is appalling. . . . Like it or lump it. . . .No change to the T1 accepted plan) no matter what the customer may want

      Management Issues

      Pros

The company has some nice people to work with, the space is comfortable enough

      Cons

There is a distinct lack of leadership in management and there is no ownership over their mistakes as manager's. It is always boiled down to someone else's fault.

      Disappointing times

      Pros

On boarding was a great experience. Social events. Free food and coffee.

      Cons

Results are valued more than people. Evidenced by unrealistic work loads, under resourcing, endless discussion about measures and processes, lack of discussion about professional development or what motivates individuals to stay engaged and achieve. Also, high turnover, positions remain vacant/ workload is absorbed, people showing signs of burnout i.e lots of sickies, low enthusiasm etc. Very difficult to collaborate across teams without escalating to managers. Likely to get ghosted if you reach out for help. This results in poor customer outcomes. Lack of support with learning the product. You get product training in the beginning then it's all up to you. Which is fine but even the most proactive and competent employee needs guidance now and again. This results in constant road blocks and after hours work to get up to speed. Lots of bugs and performance issues but no sense of urgency to address this. Focus appears to be entirely on winning more customers and profit.

      Pros

Lots of internal events with free food, if you go to the floors with the development team there are games and things to play... just dont get caught if your in the corporate departments ( sales/marketing/finance ect)

      Cons

Horrific culture of bullying, a dying product with very unhappy customers. And a few very overpaid old men running the show.
