    Pros

    Reasonable salary and dedicated teachers

    Cons

Senior managers are bullies and only care about finances, not their staff. Chaotic management that will stab you in back.

    Do not study here

    Pros

None. The worst training company in Australia

    Cons

Do not enroll in their nursing course. A debt of over $14 000 and it cost me $24000. Complaints, calls and emails are not respond to. Frequent cancelled access to online learning resources due to fees that has not been paid. Work placement was terrible. Really bad experience with student services. If this message saves one student from enrolling in the course i would be happy. A university degree would be cheaper. Go to TAFE

    Pros

You would be working with great colleagues at the lower level.

    Cons

The top management keeps making erratic decisions. The work pressure is continuously increasing, and there seems no end to it.

    Pros

    My colleagues are very supportive.

    Cons

Managements words and actions don't match. They say we are 'Here for Good' yet they totally disrespect staff by bullying, threatening and manipulating them.

Undervalued, overworked staff wearing too many hats

    Pros

Nice offices and lovely people to work with at a college level.

    Cons

When I started at Think I absolutely loved it, but in the last year things have gone downhill. Staff being shifted around and new higher roles being created has left a lot of gaps with no-one looking after important issues and staff had been lumped with more work and uneven work loads across positions. HR seem to be a bit delusional about how staff are feeling - unsafe in their jobs, and that many of the people in management positions don't deserve to be there. The turnover in the last year of administrative staff has been appalling - and no one is solving the problems that they have all brought up in exit interviews. It's a shame, the CEO's visions are fantastic and the company would be great to work for without the issues but there's only so long you can put up with the stress and unfair conditions.

Used to be good but no longer cares about students or staff. No one is valued.

    Pros

Some very good staff, but anyone who can find a job elsewhere is leaving. Turnover hovers around 20%, but all those left just talk about finding jobs elsewhere. Those that remain do their best to help students. Coffee is good, but $3 a cup for staff.

    Cons

Pay is around 50% to 65% of market level. Management has gone downhill at a very fast rate. There is no care for students anymore, and the basics are no longer provided. Moral is in the toilet and everyone is miserable and complaining. Zero job security. Stress is causing increased levels of work place bullying, but anyone who complains gets fired. Not allowed to call it firing, though, they get 'realigned' or 'rightsized' or their contract is simply not picked up. Bullies often get promoted as a way to remove them from interactions with their staff.

    Teething Issues

    Pros

A lovely group of hard-working colleagues! May provide an entry-point from industry into a teaching career.

    Cons

Think Education has undergone a number of ownership and CEO changes and as a result there is not a strong feeling of stability. A lot of staff are doing more than should be expected of them and are receiving poor pay in relation to equivalent roles in other education institutions. Many employees are keeping their eyes on seek.com to find other jobs... which is ironic considering that company currently owns Think Education Group.
