False positive reviews!

Pros

None. I find it disgusting behaviour from the management team to see that they have falsified reviews, to increase their company rating - it has not gone unnoticed. Even encouraging younger members of staff to write false reviews to boost the ratings of the business. They do not have the courage to reply to previous reviews, because they simply cannot! How can you argue, when so many have had the same experience! Hard to explain the impossibly high turnover and respond to each and every negative review saying the same things over and over again isn’t it..

Cons

Too many to count. It speaks volumes that the management team are so desperate to try and salvage what they have left of their company, that they feel the only option is to write reviews that sound as if they were written by a "former employee" - the level to which this company will sink knows no bounds and it is common knowledge amongst those whom have left that this is what has been done. I hope those thinking of working for them read Glassdoor and think twice!

Pros

Great purpose considering mission and customers. If you are in the UK you can enjoy the WeWork amenities, in Dubai perks of a central office location. Some of the colleagues are really helpful.

Cons

The company is affected by cultural issues brought by a management ready to squeeze every willingness to work from the employees by frustrating them and creating continous fear and a toxic culture. Controls are becoming more and more stringent from restrictions in working from home to all-hands attended, provoking the employees' fear for constant repercussions and warnings. Company will issue promotions that are just ways to sort problems out created by a resignation. At times, you are expected to work above 45 hours a week given all the requests that might arrive. Not picking up a request on your day off, even in the weekend, will have repercussions. Senior management does not seem to have experience in running an IT company and its products. There is a great buzz on saying that decisions have to be based on "data" when their understanding of data is poor. Their pick of new colleagues is only limited to those overpromising and delivering way less or nothing at all. Everyone can turn into a scapegoat for sacking in case. Expect to be unfairly used pretty soon. The solution for setbacks is to put the blame on the employee rather than fostering understanding. This destroys any good initiative. Wishful-thinking reigns and any contrary opinion is quickly destroyed by disbanding the employee (even after years of service). The high turn-over demonstrates this. This creates a high impact in the minds of those working there who end up considering themselves as imbecilles unable to do any job and taking a toll on their health. Not coming to the office in Dubai is considered a high offence. Senior members will make passive aggressive remarks and report you. In London this will start soon, unreasonable for such a small IT company. No bonuses have been issued during the last two years and the company is constantly bending over backwards for every client. It does not matter whether their ask is fair or not, written on a contract or not, if the customer even slightly threatens to cancel a subscription T24 will do anything to keep the customers. It is frustrating for employees. Lastly, multiple times members of the senior management made toxic remarks and did not hesitate in openly disrespecting people during calls. One member in particular manipulated employees trying to convince them UPDATE Following the fake reviews uploaded by the management I decided to give 1 star. It is such a despicable behaviour.

Pros

They sit in a growing market which means there are growth opportunities for the company.

Cons

Liars and charlatans in leadership roles. I had read the negative reviews left by former employees but thought it couldn't have been as bad as they made out, especially considering that in my interview process the Managing Director and Chief Operations Officer (who pretty much run the company under the CEO) came across as nice, genuine and fair professionals. I was in for a total shock. During the interview process there were discussions on the job description and promises of commission payments which was important to me as I had taken a significant drop in base salary to join. Upon joining I was asked to complete completely different duties that would take away time needed to do my actual job. I quickly realised they had recently let go of another employee and wanted to merge that role into mine. I persevered for 7 weeks as I'm no stranger to hard work and after accelerating a few deals to signature stage I raised the question to the MD and COO once more on commission pay to which the answer was "we will not be paying you commission for deals won" I was bewildered but didn't push back I simply handed in my resignation and the COO said they will arrange collection of my work laptop, I said thank you and left it there, I was above arguing and could finally see the company and leadership team for what they were, liars and charlatans. After handing in my resignation a few days before Christmas I was due to be paid on the last day of the month so it was to my surprise when the 31st December 2022 passed and I had not received my pay. I followed up with the COO and her response was that "there must've been an automatic trigger to stop payment....and some other jibberish" a week of me CHASING went by and the finance team responded saying I would be paid by Jan 10th. This date came and went and I chased again to which the COO's response was now that they were waiting on my work laptop to be returned before they release my payment. They were obviously trying their hardest to make things difficult for me, to purposefully not release an employees pay especially around the festive/new years period is calculated and wrong. Fortunately for me I did not feel the financial stress of their foul play but it was frustrating nonetheless. Another week of me chasing went by until they arranged for collection of the laptop, I handed it over to the royal mail collection service for a next day delivery and was surprised to receive the laptop back a few days later due to Track24 placing the WRONG return address on the label. I stayed calm even though at this point it was as clear as day to see that they did not want to pay me and were simply mocking me, after chasing again they arranged another next day collection and that's right you guessed it....the COO comes back and says the laptop was lost by Royal Mail. I cannot believe how conniving and deceitful the people in charge of this company are, I'm 100% sure they've got the laptop and are just being dishonest but I've reached the level where all I can do is let go and let God.
