I worked at Upstate Medical University full-time for more than 3 years

      Pros

The benefits are good, but its not worth it.

      Cons

Several employees reported unlawful bias, HR investigated. During investigation severe forms of retaliation from managers ensued that included pulling salary support and not renewing contracts. All employees involved left Upstate.

      Advice to Management

Know workers rights, treat everyone equally, pay equally, and reduce sexism. Learn what retaliation is and then don't do it.

      Cons

C level people are a constant churn and involved in scandals.
