Pros

People who are not in management are super talented, and really willing to try to make things work despite the top-down, fear-based management style.

Cons

Toxic leadership focused only on targets, but not willing to listen to the ppl who actually have to do the job. They really don't care about individual employees and/or their contributions. Raises don't happen, lots of false promises. They don't understand that they're not getting the results they want because they don't actually empower their employees to use their talents - they'd rather lead by fear (of getting fired).

Pros

Dogs were cute Good computer screens Mac based Some teams appeared to have better working conditions than others.

Cons

If a company constantly has to tell you how great they are they probably aren't that great. At the end of the day you're selling phone service with the sole purpose of making the owners money - make no mistake, nothing else is valued but the bottom line. You might have it drilled into your head how great the company/product is, and you might even start to believe it. The thing is it's essentially the same service as any other VoIP, and you're being underpaid, underappreciated and have worse benefits than anyone else - look elsewhere and know your worth. The above is extremely demoralizing. They also had wild turnover - especially on the SDR (cold calling team).
