Pros

-Benefits were good -Travel is fun - Some team members are fun to work with

Cons

--The software is garbage and has a lot of stability issues -Development is mostly done in overseas and that group is the worse to work with cause they do not care about customer satisfaction and pump out what they think is best and get mad when a paying client wants something else. - Senior management is the worse, they are all hands off and until a client is in a crisis situation then they want to jump in and attempt to save the day. Not proactive at all. - Reactive work environment that leads to drama and fights between internal teams and departments -Employees are not held account for their actions in the work environment its all about favoritism -Below Market Salaries

Pros

They had clients all across the globe. It gave me the opportunity to work with people from different nationalities.

Cons

The people at the top are arrogant, evil, and cruel. They expect employees to go the extra mile, stay up late at night, be available at early mornings, and tolerate a poor work-life balance while they give nothing in return. They don't support, don't lead, and are always busy when you have concerns. It's terrible to try to communicate with them. They avoid honest conversations.
