I have been working at Woolworths Group part-time for more than a year

    Pros

    - pays well with penalty rates on a Sunday. - A lot of flexibility in shifts and the ability to work a second job if required. - Good team culture. Management is really friendly and supportive and everyone is hard-working and helpful to each other. - Can get discounted goods from team shop.

    Cons

    - As it is a huge organisation, sometimes your requests for changes in your roster can get unnoticed. - Work can get repetitive and you have to work in a fridge every shift but that might be enjoyable for some. - Max to how many hours you can work a week.
