I have been working at Woolworths Group part-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Great managers and team atmosphere. Pays well above minimum reward. Definitely a good option for students looking for part time work which allows high pay for less hours compared to related jobs elsewhere. The company does what it can to take care of its employees.

    Cons

Difficult to get extra hours due to incredibly efficient lean supply chain, which as a business student I can understand, the hours simply aren't needed. Great for the business but not so great for in store team. Will be looking for work elsewhere soon unfortunately.

I have been working at Woolworths Group part-time

    Pros

some pros working at Woolworths is that the team works as a whole to reach certain targets instead of working as individuals.

    Cons

Some cons working at Woolworths is the language barrier as I work in a heavily populated Chinese speaking area.

    Advice to Management

My advice to the management is that they should be more aware of their team members instead of just taking them for granted.
