Zevia is the Diamond, in the rough world of business. But, as I have learned, it is only a diamond because of the people who work here starting from the leadership and every member of the Zevia family. I have been onboard what is termed the “The Z Team” for 3 months. The interview and selection process is very considerate. The communication is amazing because unlike other companies, you will know exactly what kind of company you would be joining. It is a process whose sole purpose is to make sure that the candidate and Zevia are fit for each other. Zevia professes passion, respect, teamwork, learning, gratitude, positive attitude, and living your best. This is true, and those words are not just words, but part of the core values and culture at Zevia as I have been able to see. Zevia has been with me every step of the way through my training and helping me learn the ins and outs of the company. Zevia has been careful to make sure I have everything I need so that I am successful. Zevia is not a sink or swim company. Zevia recognizes that my success, is Zevia’s success. Everyone works hard but with an emphasis on work life balance, and Zevia walks the talk. As a growing company, it is clear that there is plenty of room for advancement if desired. From my experience working here, Zevia is a company that listens to it’s team members and truly cares for you as if you we’re family. They have an open-door policy that is real and not just on paper. In my entire career, nowhere, have I ever experienced this level of consideration for it’s team members. I am really enjoying the new experiences at Zevia and working with the team members and management. I feel very fortunate to have discovered Zevia and grateful I was selected to join it’s team. As a new team member, I enthusiastically look forward to being able to contribute to the betterment of Zevia. My review would not be complete without mentioning that up until 3 months ago, my family and I did not consume Soda due to it’s unhealthy and sugary contents. Having discovered Zevia, we can now enjoy a clean cold soda, every day, as many times as day, as much as we like, whenever we like.
