      Pros

      They've just moved into a new office The technology capabilities of the platform is great. A great client base of logos within the retail vertical. New innovative products being built regularly.

      Cons

      The commission structure is unrealistic with over 70% not making target. Extremely difficult to hit Quota and Target Highly competitive in a saturated market. Management is secretive and non transparent.

We are sorry you seem to have mixed opinions on our commercial organization and compensation structure. We are an ambitious company with demanding targets, with over 30 % year-on-year growth over the last few years, and this wouldn't be possible without the global majority of our sales talent nearly meeting or even exceeding the quota. Please also do take into consideration the fact, that we invest a lot of time and resources in sales enablement and provide any new joiner with an extensive onboarding & training period before a quota is assigned.       Big egos and lack of transparency

      Pros

      Client success and implementation teams are very strong. Has some good clients and decent (albeit extremely costly) product for the retail industry

      Cons

      Peter Principle very visible in top leadership. Most top leadership has been with the company for ages and deem themselves as "untouchable". New business is abysmal because product has been over-engineered for the retail/ecommerce industry but cannot compete in any other industries. Product is severely lagging and pales in comparison against Klaviyo, Braze, and other more modern, nimble offerings. The brand also doesn't have the same brand value and recognition as Salesforce and Adobe, yet is going after the same customers. Sales teams in APAC region feels like a revolving door due to lack of transparency, support and bad egos on the leadership team.

      David vs Goliath - and I love it

      Pros

      The team is so tight that we truly are working together so we have a great work environment. These is then spread to our customers as they are getting the best experience from sales to support. Work Life balance is very good. amazing management team.

      Cons

      No Company Credit Card, so you need to pay for any expenses yourself and then reimburse. not a major issue, just can be inconvenient. Would prefer the team to work in the office to create energy.
