    Pros

    People are helpful and really friendly, good pay and plenty of overtime available and also when you join, they pay you a little extra which is always a good thing! My manager is super friendly and always there for me if I need anything. Easy work for what it is and can be quite interesting at times. Customers are friendly too (majority of them anyways) which always helps.

    Cons

    Extremely outdated systems in place, like so outdated they haven’t changed them since first direct first started back in 1989! Can get very draining and boring taking call after call without any availability time and also just the same thing again and again. Toilet breaks are an issue so if you need to pee you need to use the comfort break code which if you do use, your manager will most likely pull you in for this. Because of how bad the systems and procedures are, customers can find this frustrating waiting for you on the line. Where something should be done in a click of a button, because of how bad the procedure and systems are, it ends up taking nearly 5 minutes!
