    Average Interview

I applied through college or university. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at SAP (Brisbane) in July 2016.

Three phone interviews and one skype presentation across 5/6 weeks with manager and then director of integration team based in different locations overseas. Questions were generally geared towards establishing a cultural fit. Technical interview was a short presentation on a simple scenario related to the position as commercial integrator. Overall, it was a long process but the questions were fairly standard and the interviewers were honest and it was easy to establish rapport even through the phone.
