Good Employee Benefits: The company provides benefits like health insurance, wellness programs, and paid time off, which contribute to employee satisfaction.

      Cons

Slow Decision-Making: Being a large organization, internal processes and approvals can sometimes be slow, affecting agile decision-making. Frequent Role Changes: Due to a dynamic project-based setup, employees might be shifted frequently between projects, which can sometimes disrupt work continuity and stability. Rigid Hierarchical Structure: Although the company has moved towards a flatter structure, a traditional hierarchy still exists, which may limit quick progression for some roles. Intense Competition: The large workforce and performance-driven culture can create intense competition, potentially adding pressure on individuals to consistently stand out. Limited Personalization: As a global organization, Accenture’s policies may sometimes feel generalized, with less personalization to individual roles or local preferences.
