Commission plan recently changed to where bonus is significantly less that previous years for doing more work.

Terrible work environment, not great pay and Michael kors was going down a more outlet road. They had no concept of what customers wanted anymore and sales were extremely inconsistent.

upper management would leave stores in the dark, raised wages and told us there could be consequences if we discussed salary, and paid temporary/acting roles more than employees in a permanent/regular status role.

I was blessed with amazing managers and directors, got a nice experience working on global projects and good explosure to the industry

A lot of drama behind the scenes in the office, company doesn't value talent, low pay. I was working as a contracter for 2 years on the lowest pay and hired for full time, worked for 1 year and was laid off. After that they hired another contractor on my position I assume with lowest pay. Due to working (on papers) in the company for 1 year I did not get a good severance pay. Overall not a good vibe from the senior staff.
