Submitted application, within a few day received a response from HR to have me fill out a questionnaire and was invited to an interview in 2 weeks. Confirmed my availability through email and never got a response again, even after several follow-up emails. Actually properly ghosted! Several months later, I got a formal email saying I was rejected, but I think that was implied from the ghosting.

There are two seniors on the phone and asked my background and experience etc., which is quite normal questions. And then we go through the technical part, which I think is quite challenging for me. Then after several days I was asked to apply a form, which indicates that I could go to the next step. The final part is on-site interview.
