It was very easy compared to other companies.Mostly self introduction was common.some basic questions on our project along with the technologies used in project.Willingness to work on night shifts.It was totally a behavioral round no technical side questions were asked

Interview
Interview process at Accenture was smooth, well-structured, and overall easy to navigate. The communication throughout the process was professional, and the interview rounds were not overly difficult if you were prepared with the basics.
The only downside was the timeline. The complete hiring process took almost one year from initial application to final onboarding, which felt quite time-consuming. Apart from the delay, the overall experience was positive and organized.

First there was an aptitude test with two coding questions, followed by a communication round assessing clarity and confidence, and finally a technical and HR interview as the selection stage.
