First I had a short talk with HR - they were checking basic informations and English.
During this process I had to attempt test to check my analytical skills. Then the last step was online interview with people from my division.

-Processo por Indicação- Primeira entrevista com a recrutadora, entrevista curta e rápida, porém bem informativa, apresentando a empresa, mostrando benefícios e perguntando a preferência salarial. Segunda entrevista é técnica perguntando sobre tudo que já trabalhou na função da vaga. No meu caso não houve perguntas testes.
