Interview
The process went for 4 months from the date I applied and got an offer. There was initial screening and a Psychometric test followed by a video interview and a final face to face interview at Melbourne office.
I applied in March and was called in for final interview in July.

Question 1
The Questions were common behavioral questions focusing on your experiences and achievements as a student.,
Very straightforward, some online tests which are timely but assess Accenture's alignment with your thinking. Not too difficult, I would say you would need to be more tech-y to work here as a Grad.

Assessment Centre is broken into three parts: Skills based interview, Group work and a competency based games like interview. Best advice it to answer honestly and be energetic. They are really nice and want you to be geuine

Question 1
Name as many words as you can about space in 30 seconds
4 stages:
1) CV screening - this is the easiest step, hard to know what they use in terms of ATS
2) Online Assessment - This can be tricky, they have questions that ask you to really pay attention to detail. Fine in general if you read carefully and double check
3) Assessment Centre - most difficult stage and has 3 stages (individual, group and 10 challenges)
4) 1 on 1 with the manager - you have to create a presentation about a subject
