Interview process was smooth, I was referred by an Agency, I had one phone interview and one face to face. i was interviewed by two Managers and within the week i got an offer from the hiring Manager.

I had given Interview for Cloud and Kubernetes SME. Technical interview was good and also cleared that round then HR round which was also good but HR asked about night shift work then I said if work demands but not regular. After that some Managerial Round happened in which interviewer was not interested in my skill and work history, interviewer just emphasized on night shifts and operation support project. I said I never did support projects and night shifts and politely said will only work if workbdemands not regular basis. Then I had just been rejected because I politilely said just check my background that I am a cloud and kubernetes expert, whether I have been intervied for cloud technology or support project. Interviewer refused my question and emphasized only on support and night shifts. If they are looking for support guy then why interviewing a cloud expert. They need a puppet who says yes I will do whatever you will say, for which I have refused politely. Instead of my expertise they are more interested just follow whatever they say.
