Interview
Initially they would review the CV and shortlist if it's matching the job requirements. There will be a phone screening talking about why did you apply for the job, about the skills, salary expectation and the immigration status. Once successful, this will be followed by three rounds of 1:1 interview. Each 1:1 is based on the success of previous 1:1 interview.

Interview
3 phase Skype Interview. All done through Skype. First with Human Resources, second with team leader and third with the Manager. Through interview they have checked my level of English and Spanish and also asked some analytical questions.
