Had an experience wherein some recruiters schedule an interview but when I actually attend an invite, the interviewers do not show up during the set date and time for. It happened to me twice already. It's an online interview.

I informed the recruiters via e-mail and SMS that my interviewers did not show up and told me a re-schedule for an interview will take place.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Accenture (Pune) in Sept 2018

Didn't expect such unprofessional behaviour. Seemed like they are just doing formality. Interviewer just wasted his and mine time. Please assign mature people to conduct interviews as candidate's time is also precious
