The online assessment was a case study, role playing different steps of working with a new client as a Consultant. A very interactive process that assesses various skills. A very original and enjoyable experience.

Eh, liked the first rounds varied format but really couldn't get a feel for the place or culture when in person for the final round, unsure was it a me problem or a them problem.

The phone screening interview was conducted by an overseas recruiter who joined 30 minutes late. The conversation felt highly scripted, impersonal, and rigid, with little acknowledgment or meaningful engagement with my responses.
Multi stage process involving an initial application, Online Task based interview first round, in-person Business Strengths Interview and final Managing Director interview online. Interviewers were friendly and I felt that they wanted me to succeed.
