I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Accenture (Mumbai) in July 2019
Interview
Third grade experience during the interview. First of all I was called 9 am in the morning. My first round and 2nd round were completed by 10.30 am. They asked me to wait for the 3rd round. 3rd round was conducted at 5 pm. They kept telling me that the 3rd round will happen in 20 minutes and it took 6 hours for the 3rd round. I was neither offered food, water, coffee nor did they inform me about proper time of the 3rd round.
BEWARE! They offered me a lucrative CTC but it had a catch of "variables". Finally after wasting my day without food I went home disappointed!
Stop fooling people in the name of variables!

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Accenture (Manila, Manila) in Sept 2020
Interview
No issues during the initial part of the process with HR, in fact, they were very helpful and responsive. The issue came about during the interview with the hiring team.
During the interview, it was noticeable that I wasn't meeting their skill expectations for the role so I was expecting that I won't be pushing further. I was surprised when I got a call the next day saying that I passed for the final interview, so a prep meeting was scheduled to help me with the client call. A few minutes after the prep meeting, I got a call from the hiring manager saying that they deemed that I was also fit for another position and they asked if it would be alright with me to be profiled for that. I said yes after being assured by them that I was still a candidate for the original role that I applied for. So in a sense, they made it look like I was being processed for 2 positions. After this, things became shady.
The new JD sent to me was not only vague but out of my scope. When I asked further questions about this, the hiring manager was being evasive. When I asked the hiring manager for an update on the schedule for the CMS post, she didn't reply at all. In short, they only scheduled me for the reprofiled position and never came back to me for the CMS final interview. I had to hear the news from HR that, not only did I not pass the interview for the reprofiled position but also for the post I originally applied for.
Overall, this was a disappointing learning experience because the hiring manager was not forthright with a candidate's application status. It would have been prudent if from the get go, they already said that I was not fit for the position applied for.
