I applied through employee referral. They will do a basic telephonic round then for one on one interview they will schedule the date and mail you the details. On the day of interview 1st round HR round

1 Language assessment interview and 1 interview with lead
Language assessment consisted of reading,speaking and writing. Since the work is finance related, the reading was full of accounting related words.
