Interview
The interview process was done with a lot of care for candidate experience. The Managing Director of the Prague office did the initial interview with me to understand my motivation, background and interests. He gave me some of the most valuable tips for ramping up my learning as a junior developer that I remember and value to this day.
The second round was done my a senior developer who asked for samples of my code and tried to understand my current level of experience.
While in the end I decided to go with a different offer, this interview made me feel like the SinnerSchrader team in Prague is exceptional when it comes to transparency and kindness. Definitely a team that stayed on my radar.

Interview
They asked me to tell a few things about myself, talk about a few things in my resume like some volunteer work and the internship I had done. They wanted me to talk about the programming languages that I know and the tools I have used. Also, asked me why I was interested in Accenture and they explained to me how the company is structured (different job levels and their benefits).
They gave me a test to do at my own time with basic programming questions, object oriented programming questions, SQL fundamentals questions and logical reasoning questions (no programming).

They wanted me to talk about the programming languages and the tools I have used and how comfortable I was with them.

Incapuslamento ereditarieta e polimorfismo, array e arraylist
First interview is mostly behavioural and personal questions like interests and previous experiences. After that interview there is an english test, in case they ask for another language.
All the interviews were remote, either on the phone or on teams.
