I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture (Austin, TX) in June 2021
Interview
There was 1 phone screening with a recruiter followed by 1 Zoom interview with the hiring manager (the Team Lead for the project they were hiring for). Both the phone screening and zoom interview were very generic and seemed pretty low effort on the part of Accenture Flex. The recruiter consistently dodged my questions about compensation, which was annoying. The more annoying part though, was that they made me an offer, THEN asked me to re-apply as they had switched their system to Workday. Annoying, but I resubmitted my app. Then I got totally ghosted and the offer didn't go anywhere after that. The pay for the position wasn't great and the benefits sucked, and honestly I probably wouldn't have accepted if they were unwilling to negotiate compensation/benefits, but if that was the case they should have just said so rather than string me along and waste my time with an additional application.
I applied online. I interviewed at Accenture (Kuala Lumpur) in Sept 2017
Interview
Accenture-Kuala Lumpur: Unprofessionalism! Wasting time!
They posted a job opportunity of Customer Support Analyst. Suresh Bhat seemed to be a nice a person who always tried to reschedule my interview, however, not much help.
I waited for the interview via phone, however, I was kept waiting for HOURS! Then I contacted Suresh Bhat and he rescheduled my interview 3 times. HR recruiters and the person who reschedule my interview didn't communicated very well, and no explanation why my interviews were delayed.
I put aside my work to wait for the interview and no call received. I didn't feel respected so I decided to cancel my candidature. Not recommended!
