I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture (Bengaluru) in Mar 2010
Interview
Some one from pune called and scheduled me a telephonic, from the beginning HR was sounds little rude. I got a call from technical panel after 2 days. The interview is very basic and their is nothing you can learn out of it... then another manager interview their no technical questions only some junk questions... then HR told me that you cleared all the rounds .... they told me send documents.
After that i have sent all the documents to them, then they replied that some documents are not clear in the scanned copy. after that i have send again ... then they came back saying that one documents which big in size, i have scanned by diving 2 pages...
they replied send the document by scanning by one page... I also send the documents which they asked their after they have not returned back.... i have sent several remainder emails to them...
IS this a ethical behavior which a MNC should do?
