Quick, straight forward. No strange questions or hoops to jump through (besides the mind-blowing amount of paperwork, background check, drug test, etc.). I only had to interview with one person but I have heard of much longer recruiting processes.

1. Screening test- small technical round to see if you fits for the role or not
2. Technical round- they take nearly 40 minutes of tech round related to your technology.
3. HR- normal formalities, good if you have shorter notice period.

I applied for a contractor position with one of Accenture's clients. The interview process included a phone interview and an in person interview. The process was swift and easy. The recruiter was helpful and answered all my questions and helped me prepare for my in person interview.
