Video interview is always more awkward than face to face. But the good thing about it is you have a chance for trial to see if you can finish your questions within 3 mins.
there's no video interview, just an online test, and then an assessment centre. Their Assessment Centre include a group discussion and individual tests, which are all very engaging. HRs are friendly enough.

Interview
The assessment centre is a combination of video interviews, writing responses, tech presentations, group exercises and HR interviews (12 questions). Basically, they are asking and testing your interests in technology.

It was an assessment centre asking me to complete different tasks related to behavior, working with a team, and virtual case scenarios about how I would approach the client and solve their queries.
