Interview
The interview process for my role has 3 rounds. They used an agency for initial screening of candidates, so first interview was with an agency recruiter, then an online language check, then the interview with the hiring manager/team lead.
La extensión de la misma fue de quince minutos. No se profundizó demasiado sobre el candidato, ni se indago demasiado respecto a su formación. Fue una entrevista de muy corta duración
