Interview
The interview process is seamless. You receive the scheduled time and a link to join. Once you're prepared, the interviewer will enter your virtual room, introduce themselves, and ask you to do the same. The direction of the interview is influenced by your introduction.

Interview process at Accenture was smooth, well-structured, and overall easy to navigate. The communication throughout the process was professional, and the interview rounds were not overly difficult if you were prepared with the basics.
The only downside was the timeline. The complete hiring process took almost one year from initial application to final onboarding, which felt quite time-consuming. Apart from the delay, the overall experience was positive and organized.

First there was an aptitude test with two coding questions, followed by a communication round assessing clarity and confidence, and finally a technical and HR interview as the selection stage.
