Two stages - First Round: one screen/behavioural interview with a current consultant, very conversational, questions included: tell me a time when you did something with little direction, when you had to work with someone with whom you clashed/didn't get along and a time when you had to could see a situation was getting worse, what did you do to stop it/what action did you take. Also had typical tell us about yourself, why consulting, why you want to work here questions.
Second Round: Consisted of two interviews, one case with a manager, second was a closing/fit interview with another consultant. Case was not difficult, manager made the process very comfortable. Closing/fit interview was very conversational, more of a "get to know you", why consulting, why Accenture, what do you bring, what qualities do you think are important to the job. Again, interviewer was very welcoming. All in all the process was great, lots of support throughout.
