Na het solliciteren kan het even duren voordat je wat terughoort van recruitment. Je voert 2 gesprekken met twee verschillende (senior) managers en een laatste gesprek met de Managing Director van de divisie waar je bij solliciteert. Bij mij was een case niet onderdeel van de procedure.
