Interview, test and again interview. The test was a bit difficult.But the interview was kind of cool and informal. The process took about a month. about 4 individuals interviewed. The only issue is that the interview process took a lit bit longer than normal. They could loose good talent because of this.

Rather long, however pleasant process, consisting of a couple of steps: phone interview with recruiter, f2f interview with hiring manager and the department that I would work with. Very positive and professional atmosphere.
