Interview
Sent my CV and cover letter online. Received an invitation for a telephone interview in a week. I had mixed feelings after the interview. I answered all the questions, some answers were not prepared and I tried to briefly answer them. English is not my native language but I was quite fluent. The interviewer was a bit cold, not emotional, very structured, not helpful. I thought I was interrogated. I was relaxed before and during the interview and I expected the recruiter will be more engaging in the talk. Took us 30 minutes to realize I wasn't good enough.
The recruitment process for the Global Graduate Programme in HR has been a positive experience overall. It included two interviews focused on my expectations, motivation, and previous experience, along with some imaginative scenario-based exercises where I explained how I would handle different situations. The discussions felt engaging and well-structured. Although there has been a longer waiting time for the upcoming Assessment Center stage, I am genuinely curious and excited about what comes next.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at BAT (Damansara) in Aug 2024
Interview
Was very thorough & structured, the interviews itself were still informal but there are assessment rounds that test your fit for the role that you need to be prepared for.
