There was a technical exam with ten-or-so programming problems. Then there was a phone interview to see if the culture fit. There was also a technical programming exam that involved three questions.

Interview
I had 2 meetings, and then I had tests (English, French, and technical ones) and a meeting with the team. Overall, it was pretty fast and I could visit the office.
Phone call first then interview that maybe be divided in stages, the use the STAR method which is basically you making up stuff for them to listen. This is hands down the worst interview method ever invented. Other than that they use the usual interview questions that make your skin cringe so hard you gonna scream
