Applied online, had one 5 minute conversation with a recruiter just asking me what my major is before getting selected to interview onsite. Which in hindsight seems kind of ridiculous. They should at least weed people out with an actual behavioral phone screen at the very least, perhaps technical would be even better so people don't have to waste 2 days of their life traveling to interview.
The onsite interview was a pretty bad experience. The tour guide said nothing so basically it was a self guided tour of their campus. The lunch they served was really odd with exotic flavors. Also, they had nowhere for us to sit. We ate standing up at tall tables. Very very odd. The interview itself was pretty easy, unfortunately by this point I was so turned off by the company that I wasn't really engaged. I didn't really learn much about the company or the program at all so even had I been given an offer, I don't think I would have accepted.
Received call one business day later with rejection. I have never been called by a company before with a rejection. They should stick with email because I have only ever been called with offers before. I found this extremely rude.
