I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at EY (Chicago, IL) in Sept 2019
Interview
I applied to this job through the University. The applicant has to go through a pre-recorded video interview and it seems like many of the candidates are filtered out in this process. There are 2-3 in-person rounds that come after this initial interview.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at EY (New York, NY) in Jan 2018
Interview
The interview process was three rounds. I had two Skype Interviews and one in-person interview with three different people. They asked the basic questions such as "why do you want to work here?" or "Tell me about a time you had to work in a team and struggled or overcame an obstacle?" The in-person interview consisted of two normal interviews and a case study where I played the role of a consultant.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you had to work in a team and struggled or overcame an obstacle?
I applied through university. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at EY in Oct 2017
Interview
First round video interview, then invited for a Superday - 3 interviews (2 behavioral, 1 case study) and lunch with an associate afterwords. Pretty simple behavioral questions you would expect in any interview, as well as a few questions on Machine Learning and Data Analytics, but all very high-level technical discussions.
