I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at EY (Riyadh) in Jan 2026
Interview
- Referred to a role I interviewed for within FRM
- First stage with Senior Manager
- Proceeded to second stage with Partner that said they had big plans over next 2 years
- Radio silence for a couple of weeks after which I tried to follow-up - no way to get any feedback
- Contacted the individual that referred me who said they want to hire me but there is a firm-wide hiring freeze.
- Continue to hear that the firm is hiring even within the same team so it seems they are just dishonest and give a straight rejection like normal people.
- I interviewed previously with different team a year and a half prior - similar outcome - no feedback whatsoever.
3 rounds, including a case study. Very classic consulting interview you could imagine.

I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at EY (New Delhi) in May 2026
Interview
I had interviewed for a Manager role at EY. I already informed them during the initial call that I have a total of 6.6 years of experience. After that, they scheduled my L1 interview round, which I cleared successfully. However, I was rejected in the L2 round because they were looking for candidates with 8+ years of experience for a leadership role.
