I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at EY (London, England) in June 2011
Interview
Long and drawn out process - I met 7 or 8 people over a two month period. None of them seemed particularly empowered to make a decision. Very little in the way of formal competency based structured interview, which I found unusual, coming from an industry background. All of that said, I think the process is probably correct, given the importance of cultural fit to the firm.

I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at EY (New Delhi) in May 2026
Interview
I had interviewed for a Manager role at EY. I already informed them during the initial call that I have a total of 6.6 years of experience. After that, they scheduled my L1 interview round, which I cleared successfully. However, I was rejected in the L2 round because they were looking for candidates with 8+ years of experience for a leadership role.
