Stay away! The first 2 interviews one with the recruiter, one with the hiring manager went fine, but the 3rd interview with some of the more extended team, it was a disaster. There was one Indian manager who did not pay attention to my answers, seemed bored, putting his hands over head.
Such lack of respect for the person in front of you, if they behave like this during interview, imagine how it is actually to work there. 0 culture 0 respect for people and their time

I had interviewed for a Manager role at EY. I already informed them during the initial call that I have a total of 6.6 years of experience. After that, they scheduled my L1 interview round, which I cleared successfully. However, I was rejected in the L2 round because they were looking for candidates with 8+ years of experience for a leadership role.
