An employee referred me. EY quickly scheduled a recruiter screen interview. Standard phone screen, the recruiter wanted to know my background and if EY would be a good fit. Had a phone interview the following week, which was mostly a conversation about my experiences. After the phone screen, the recruiter scheduled in-person interviews at its Dallas office for two weeks later. Would have been the following week, if my work schedule allowed. The in-person interviews were with two senior managers, and one was fit and the other skills. Both were friendly and engaged in the interview and were very conversational. After my interviews a few days later I received an offer. Overall, it was a great process that moved quick.
