EY Summer Leadership Development Program Associate interview questions

1. Machine interview: record 6 behavioral via Yello ,but allowed to record twice. 2. On-site events as well as interviews: after one week from the recorded interview, I got the email to notify on-site interview. It was pleasant and joyful. Two round interviews were all behavioral related questions, such as how can you see yourself in 5 years. Tell about a time when you are a leader, how do you deal with conflict. How can you define when you take initiative, etc. Both the manager and the partner are super nice. I like the culture there.

Recorded responses to a handful of questions. All of the questions were behavioral based. Just be ready to give examples from all of your prior work experience. Review those type of questions and you will be a-ok
